Meet the Instructor

Hello! I am Heather Flowers and I run Hands On Clay, LLC—a ceramics studio in Gateway, Fort Myers.

I’ve turned my love for all things clay and my talent of teaching into my dream job! Find out how on the About page.

My favorite things to make are small (and therefore cute) and in multiples. I also enjoy experimenting with new clays, glazes, techniques, and processes. I’m always looking for something new and exciting to try.

Do I sell my work? Yes, I periodically sell at markets, but not that often. If you’re in the studio and see something you like, it might be for sale, though!
